Only in the final series between T1 & DRX, there are 28 chosen generals playing, each game in this match produces a few interesting options; Those are adventurous generals beyond the meta. However, the players know how to optimize the strength of the general they own, all made one of the most memorable finals in the tournament history.
In the top lane, Zeus & Kingen brought Yone, Aatrox, Ornn, Fiora, Gragas, Camille & Gwen. In which 2 options appear throughout and the large image to the Bo5 series is Aatrox & Fiora. Back to the forest, Pyosik and Oner bring relatively familiar generals at this year's Worlds including Leesin, Viego, Graves, Maokai, Sejuani & Hecarim. Although this position does not show a variety of generals, it has contributed greatly to the victories of the two teams.

The middle line, Faker and Zeka, though excellent, they are loyal to the generals in Meta Worlds such as Azir, Sylas, Viktor & Akali.
The diversity comes from the bottom lane, where 4 players have had breakthrough options, even never appeared at Worlds this time. Varus, Sivir, Renata Glasc, Heimerdinger, Ashe, Lux, Kalista, Karma, Soraka, Caitlyn & Bard, a total of 11 generals were played in 5 games. Varus participated in all 5 games with a win rate of up to 80%.
Despite the newness, compared to last year, EDG & DK brought out 33 different generals; Or as the battle of SN&DWG in 2020 also has 33 generals participating even though they only play 4 games. The Drx at Worlds 2022 emerged as a team using the generals outside the Meta, especially effective, the one who raised this style of play is to support Beryl.
