Start round: 10/10 – October 15
The starting round will start the tournament with the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds from VCS and PCS, the No. 1 seed from LLA, CBLOL, LJL as well as the qualifying team between the two seed teams No. 4 of LCS – Golden Guardians and LEC – Team BDS. All 8 teams were divided into 2 groups of branches – branches lost in BO3 format. The team standing at each group will meet the second team of the remaining group in a decision Bo5 match. The winning team in Bo5 will enter the Swiss format.
The first 10 matches are the Bo3 and the last 2 matches of the booting round are Bo5.

Swiss format: October 19 – October 23; October 26 – October 29
All 16 teams will be divided into 4 draw groups: Seeds No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 & 2 teams overcome the boot round. The teams will be drawn in the original 8 bo1 matches in their seed order – team 1 team against teams 4, and 2 teams against teams 3.
Besides, the teams from the same area will not meet each other in the first round. After the first round, there will be another draw for the second round to pair the teams with the same difference. There will be no limited conditions in this draw. This draw will be repeated in 3 more rounds to arrange teams with the same difference until which team has 3 wins to continue, or which team has 3 losses will be eliminated.
In total, there will be 8 teams entering the knockout round. All matches that determine whether to go on or be eliminated will be the Bo3. In the Swiss format, the choice will be decided by the initial draw group – the higher seed group will be chosen by the side. In the match between the teams from the same draw, the choice will be decided by launching a coin.
Live qualifying round: November 2 – November 5 (quarterfinals); 11/11 – 12/11 (semi -finals); November 19 (Final)
8 teams entered the knockout round, including quarterfinals, semi -finals and finals. Since the quarterfinals, the tournament will turn into a live form and all matches have taken place in the Bo5 format. The quarterfinals will be decided by the draw right on the stage right after the last day of the Swiss format. During the draw, the teams with 3-0 difference will be paired with teams with the number 3-2 from the previous round. The remaining teams will be paired together.
The last winning team will become a world champion 2023.
