The performance coach is also considered the one who must provide the whole team for an integrity, sports spirit, self -discipline, set goals, team spirit and the confidence of an entire team.

-Developing the trend prediction plans of eSports.
-Direct instructions as well as provide detailed evaluation tools to explain and follow the training techniques.
– Organize guidelines for the team of physical training methods used for each different program.
– Responsible for reporting the situation of each player periodically.
– Regularly exchanging and meeting with the player to discuss physical and mental state, supporting them to achieve the best competition.
– Support and communicate with the logistics team of the player's personal needs.
– Provide nutritional support suitable to the exercise and physical regime of the player.
Coordinate with other coaches to plan the appropriate training schedule.
