The Changers APAC 2022 game tournament will contribute to improving the current VCT competitive competition environment through bringing a professional tournament system, and reflects the diversity – equality of the Valorant player community as well as the talented players in Southeast Asia.
Overview of the tournament
This year's tournament series will include 4 stages with a total prize value of up to 60,000 USD. The stages of this year's tournament series are as follows:
VCT Game Changers APAC Open 1 – 4: Maximum of 64 teams will compete in the Winning-Nhanh branch format in 4 Open tournaments to win points. The top 3 teams will win the right to participate in the APAC Elite period. Teams can win $ 5,000 at each stage of the Open tournament.
VCT Game Changers APAC Open Overtime: 8 teams ranked from Wednesday – 11 in the previous APAC Open period will have more opportunities to participate in the APAC Elite tournament. The matches will take place in the formula of the branch to win and the top 3 teams will participate in the APAC Elite phase.
VCT Game Changers Apac Last Chance: This is the last chance for teams that are not eligible to participate in the APAC Elite tournament to win one of the remaining 2. Maximum of 64 teams will play in the form of branches to win the branch. Winning teams will also have the opportunity to win $ 5,000 award.
VCT Game Changers Apac Elite: This is the final stage of the APAC 2022. 8 teams present in this round will compete during the two weekends to win the opportunity to win the APAC region. They will also fight to win a part of the US $ 35,000 prize and the opportunity to invite Riot Games's Game Changers Global Game League later this year. We will provide more information about this global tournament when it is near the starting day.

The players and teams from the APAC region (except Korea, China, Japan) will be entitled to register for this year's tournament.
