At the beginning of 2025, the teams in the VCT areas will start with the Kickoff tournament the same as 2024. However, the tournament next year will have changes when the 12 teams will play in the formula for dividing the winning branch – branch loss. The tournament will take place in January to mid -February, with the top 2 teams will win the right to attend the first Masters of the year in Bangkok, Thailand.
In March, when the Masters Bangkok ended, the teams will return to play at the Stage 1 and the play-off round will take place in April and early May. After that, the top 3 teams will win the second masters of the year in Toronto, Canada in June.
After that, the Stage 2 tournament will start in the period between July and last until the end of August. The last event of the year is Valorant Champions 2025 will take place in Paris, France and will take place in September – October. Like 2024, 4 teams from areas will compete for the world championship.
In November, the last big tournament of the year is the Changers Championship game that will take place within November. Regarding lower level prizes is Challengers, the season will start from November last year, the same time starting off // season.
VCT Challengers will have 3 seasons, season 1 ends in March, season 2 taking place in April – May and Season 3 in July – August, and at the time of Stage 2. Besides the regional and Challengers season, Premier tournaments still take place throughout the year to select teams to compete in the competition in the Challengers tournament.
