Besides, Mike “Mikes” Hockom also joined the organization as an assistant coach for Sean Gares. For North American Valorant fans, Mikes is no longer a strange name. In the 2021 season, Mikes working at Team Envy (currently Optic Gaming), thereby helping this team reach the Masters 3 Berlin final before losing to Gambit Esports.

However, right before the Valorant Champions, Mikes said goodbye to the Envy team because she could not find a common voice in the process of breaking the contract extension. In addition to the positions of the head coach and assistant coach, CEO Nadeshot also recruited Daniel “DDK” Kapadia to hold the senior management position of the Valorant team.

The 2022 season has started not very smoothly for 100 Thievves. In the group stage VCT North America Stage 1 Challengers, Asuna and his teammates only won only one victory and joined Evil Geniuses to take hands to leave the tournament. Even in the middle of the tournament, 100 Thieves suddenly fired Hunter “BabyJ” Schline and Adam “EC1S” ECCles.

To replace, 100 Thieves decided to borrow Sean “Bang” Bezerra (from Team Solomid) and Noah “JCstani” Smith (from Pioneers). However, these are just “fire fighting” options and cannot help 100 thieves far at VCT North America Stage 1 Challengers.
