EG owns a very strong upper frame with Aatrox – Trundle and Akali, the lower line area with 2 standard options is just Aphelios with Thresh. On the other side, DFM owns a set of 3 bands straight into the middle of the line to create a premise for Kai'sa that is Hecarim, Vex and Sett; EVI chose Gnar to confront the Impact.
Evolution
Right from the first moments of the game, DFM wanted to hit the Aphelios – Thresh duo of EG, but the speed of Harp spent was ineffective, until the Inspired arrived, the match was reversed, defeated Settt, Trundle brought the first battle.
Throughout the road, DFM are people who are swept away by the opponent's gameplay. Although they tried to remove the defeat point when targeting Jojopuyn, they could not level the difference. EG just stepped on and gradually strangled Japan.
