In the LCK Spring 2024, the two LCK and LCK CL teams of the teams will still be combined as before. The teams will have at least 11 players and up to 20 players. The Board of Directors and the coaching staff of the teams will be expanded. This means that the teams can have a case of a head coach for both LCK and LCK CL teams.
During the transfer period before the 2024 season, T1 extended a 1 -year contract with Zeus, Gumayusi and Keria. Meanwhile, Oner and Faker still have contracts with T1 to 2025.
10 teams participated in LCK Spring 2024 including T1, Drx, Dplus Kia, Oksavingsbank Brion, Geng Esports, Hanwha Life Esports, KT Rolster, Kwangdong Freecs, Fearx and Nongshim Redforce.
According to the broadcast schedule, the matches of LCK Spring 2024 will take place from Wednesday to Sunday. On weekdays, match 1 will start at 15:00 and match 2 takes place at 17:30 (GMT +7). On weekends, match 1 will be pushed up at 13h and 2-1h30.
In the group stage, 10 teams will compete in the round 2 round and return, determining the results by BO3. Accordingly, 6 teams with the best performance in the group stage will win tickets to the play-off. The Championship and runner -up of LCK Spring 2024 will be two representatives of Korea to attend MSI 2024.
