Hello readers of Thethao.vn, my name is Jolene, manager of the Singapore Women's War at SEA Games 31.
– Is this the first time you come to Vietnam?
This is the first time I have the opportunity to come to Vietnam. I really like everything here, especially coffee. Both black coffee and milk coffee are very delicious.
– How do you feel the 31 SEA Games atmosphere?
Until now, everything in SEA Games 31 has been operated very smoothly. Everyone is friendly and kind. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return to Vietnam again.
– How did you practice for this tournament?
When we were in Singapore, we practiced online about 3 games of BO2 a day. After that, we had a direct training in the center on Sunday. Because the members all have their own personal schedules, we cannot practice daytime. The training and training sessions take place in the evening and late night.
– Are you involved in training for your team?
I often help the coach in the team training. At the same time, I am also a bridge between the coach and the players in communicating information or tactics.
– How do you evaluate the performance of the Singapore team yesterday?
Actually yesterday we set the second expectation after the group stage. However, things do not happen as desired. Hopefully today the team will show better and win the final. Our opponent in the semi -finals is Vietnam. I judge them as a very strong opponent. So our chances of the final is about 50-50.
– In your opinion, what is the strong point of the Vietnamese team?
I think Vietnam's strengths lies in a smooth coordination with each other as a team. They also maintain a stable mental state throughout the match. They always remember that when the main house was not exploded, the match was not over. Although they seem to be losing, but actually not so. They know how to cut the chance to be able to turn the flag and win.
– So about Singapore, what is your team's strength?
For my team, it is the cohesion of the team members. However, our teammates encountered many problems in controlling the pace of the match.
– How do you evaluate the ability to win Singapore in the semi -final against Vietnam?
I think the result of the match depends on which team keeps the psychological state more stable, because this is a battle with 5 games. As I said earlier, the results were quite 50-50.
– What do you think about the ability to win the gold medal of Singapore Women's War?
Perhaps we have to wait after this match, we can know. But now I guess Singapore has a gold medal of 30%.
