The first international event of the year of the professional League of Legends – First Stand 2025 is about to start in Seoul, South Korea. The representatives attended were 5 champions from South Korea (LCK), China (LPL), Europe – North Africa – Middle East (EMEA), America (LTA) and Asia – Pacific (LCP).

The first international tournament of the year will take place at LCK Studio, Seoul, South Korea from March 10 to March 16. The participating teams include Hanwha Life Esports, Team Liquid, Top Esports, CTBC Flying Oyster and Karmine Corp. With 5 teams attending, the teams will compete in the group stage 1 turn and there will be 1 team being eliminated. After that, 4 teams will play live to find the champion.
The difference of First Stand lies in the point of all matches will apply Fearless Draft format, the generals chosen in the previous game will be banned in the next games of that match. The champion of the tournament will win the prize of $ 300,000, and the area of that team will win two points directly in the second phase of the MSI 2025 event.
