Even, players who are familiar with Valorant still have difficulty getting acquainted with new agents, when the processing of information is increasing. The typical example is two new Tejo – Waylay agents when both have skills that need to react quickly to avoid adverse effects. Many Valorant players have continuously expressed their opinions on social networking sites.

An effectively thought by players to reduce this situation as “forbidden agents”, similar to the ban in the League of Legends. However, John Goscicki – the leader of the Valorant agent at Riot Games, confirmed that Riot Games has not been planned to apply this feature in the near future.

John Goscicki said: “We feel that currently (Valorant) is in a pretty good state and no need to worry about the agent group in general.” He affirmed that the agent team is still watching the upcoming list, and there have been a number of ways to maintain stable agent structure. John insisted that Riot Games did not launch agent in a indiscriminate way, even less than some games also used other characters.

Another thing that makes John confident is that Riot Games is often inspired by the existing agents to create a new agent. For example, the Waylay agent himself admitted to Jett inspired, and there were some mechanisms similar to Raze. This causes Riot Games to prevent the creation of new agents “too strong”.

However, John Goscicki does not rule out the possibility of prohibiting agent. However, at the present time, he is still confident that everything is still under the control of Riot Games.
