In 2024, Challengers will take place throughout the year, in order to ensure the frequency of competitive competition for stable competition for the second -level tournament system. The 2024 season will be divided into two separate stages, bringing a series of competitive competitions starting from January as well as creating conditions for teams to participate in the Ascension tournament in September.

When Challengers started in January, most tournaments will hold an open qualifying. Meanwhile, there will be other tournaments to welcome familiar teams back from the 2023 season. Each stage will end with the play-off round, to find the best teams in the season. Specific information for each tournament will be published through regional canals.
In 2024, Riot Games will launch the first promotion and promotion event between the Challengers and Premier teams at the end of phase 1. Accordingly, the Premier teams will compete together to have the opportunity to confront the Challengers teams and take part in phase 2 of the Challengers season.
