After the Off-SEASON phase of the League of Legends ends, the 2025 season will prepare to start with regional tournaments. This season, Riot Games has announced a series of changes when merging into Asia -Pacific region (LCP) and America (LTA).

The regional League of Legends tournaments will start in January. Accordingly, LPL will be the earliest starting tournament on January 12, followed by LCK on January 15, LCP (January 17), LEC (January 18) and LTA (January 25).
In addition, the publisher Riot Games also published information about international tournaments in 2025. The first international tournament, First Stand, will be held from March 10-16 in Seoul, South Korea. Next, MSI 2025 took place in Vancouver, Canada from 6/6-12/7. Finally, the World Championship will be held in China with Beijing to organize the play-in and Swiss round, Shanghai held the quarterfinals and semi-finals and Chengdu will hold the final.

In order, the next tournaments of the League of Legends will be held in Brazil (First Stand 2026), South Korea (MSI 2026) and North America (Worlds 2026).
