The source of ITHETHAO.vn said that the Vietnamese League of Legends will come to China tomorrow 22 September. In China, Vietnam League of Legends will have 2 days to prepare, before entering the group stage.
Currently, 17 countries have been confirmed to participate in League of Legends in ASIAD 19. Of which, 4 teams of Chinese Legends, Malaysia, India, Saudi Arabia will go straight to the ASIAD 19 quarter -finals thanks to the results of Road to Asian Games 2022.
The remaining 13 teams include Vietnam, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Taipei China, Hong Kong China, Kazakhstan, Macao China, Palestine … will be divided into 4 tables. Accordingly, there will be 1 table of 4 teams and 3 tables of 3 teams.
The component of the Vietnam National League of Legends participating in ASIAD 19 includes 3 athletes of the Esports GAM (Levi, Kiaya, Kati) and 3 athletes of the Whales team (Glory, Artemis, Bie). Leading the League of Legends Vietnam at ASIAD 19 is the head coach Le Quang Duy “SofM”.
“The goal at my ASIAD 19 is probably to help the members in the team rub with the highest environment possible and have more experience,” SofM coach shared.
“The medal target seems to be quite difficult. But we will try our best to express ourselves well.”
In the group stage, the teams will compete in a round, BO1 format. The top team will take the right to the quarterfinals. The matches from the quarterfinals will be delineated by the BO3 and Bo5.
The group stage of League of Legends in ASIAD 19 will take place from 8h – 15h10 on 25/9, and 8h – 10h10 on September 26. The quarterfinals will play in two hours of 8h – 11h and 13h – 16h on 27/9.
The two semi -finals will take place at 8am – 11h and 13h – 16h on 28/9. The bronze medal match takes place at 13h – 16h on 29/9. Meanwhile, the gold medal match will be held at 18h – 20h45 on 29/9.
