On July 22, Fnatic posted its first video with Poby, where the new midway of Fnatic shared with the team's head coach GrabBz before the new season. At the beginning of the interview, Poby confidently answered: “I came here to save the LEC area. I think I can help control the pace of the game and contribute to the overall tactic of the team.”

Meanwhile, coach Grabbz is quite satisfied with the rookie of the team, shared that Poby is always “full of energy”, believing in Korean rookie can revive the spirit of the team. At the same time, GrabBz also expressed optimism about the influence of Poby on the game as well as the coordination of the team. However, recruiting the mid -way in 2006 from T1 Academy still creates some doubts about the ability to adapt in the new area, especially when Poby has not performed well in LCK when having to compete in replacing Faker.

The recruitment of Poby is the first step in the decision to reform from Fnatic. Sheep Esports reported that the organization has considered some alternative options in the upper lane such as recruiting Wunder but failed. The team also negotiated with other potential candidates, including Maynter (Karmine Corp Blue) or Mihile (Misa Esports).

Even in addition to Poby, Fnatic is planning to recruit one more way in Koreans. Sheep Esports also secreted Fnatic vials that once wanted to recruit Rooster but finally decided to stick with Oscar “Oscarinin” Muñoz Jiménez. With the squad, Fnatic entered the new season with a new identity and a clear goal of affirming its position among the leading teams in Europe.

In the near future, Fnatic will enter the LEC 2025 summer tournament. In this season, 10 teams will be divided into 2 groups, competing in a round of 1 point to compete for 4 capacity in the play-off round. The tournament will officially start from August 2 and the information about the group as well as the schedule will soon be announced by the LEC Organizing Committee in the coming days.
