Navi announced on social networks: “At the end of the last Major, we have received some transfer offers from S1Mple and all sent to this player to consider. Today, we would like to announce that after 9 years of sticking, the S1Mple will officially leave Navi.
“We are very grateful because the journey we have experienced – valuable titles, unforgettable emotions and countless peak moments.
Oleksandr “S1Mple” Kostyliev, born in 1997, is the player playing in the Awper position. Starting a career from CS: GO, S1Mple started famous from Team Liquid and then Navi. Joining the Ukraine organization since 2016, S1Mple has won a series of titles, the most important of which is the Championship of PGL Stockholm Major 2021.
Personally, S1Mple has been honored with the best player in the year (2018, 2021, 2022) and is considered the best player in CS: GO history. However, the player took a break after the CS2 was released and only returned in May 2025 in the FaZe Clan shirt (in loan).
Farewell to Navi, S1Mple to join the BC.Game team to replace the position of Nwwk. In the new team, the S1Mple will play with the former G2 – Nexa player and the former APEs – CaCanito. Currently, this team is ranking 67 in the world, at both HLTV and Valve's rankings. In the near future, S1Mple and BC.Game will start playing in European 2nd and 3rd Divisions to compete for big tournaments like ESL Pro League or Blast in the coming month.
