In the branching round, 8 teams will be divided into 4 seed groups, based on the draw to determine the pair in the first round. The teams from the same area will not be able to confront in the first match. All matches of MSI 2025 will determine the results with the Bo5, with the ban/selection of Fearless Draft.
This year, Riot Games announced a bonus of 2 million USD, 8 times higher than last year.
