The statement of Manchester City and Geng has confirmed the cooperation extension. Accordingly, the parties will implement more promotional activities to increase interaction with fans. A notable activity is the Geng Academy Series to open classes of League of Legends and EA FC for Korean fans. In particular, both will also organize an amateur League of Legends tournament at Lol Park in August.

Manchester City and Geng decided to continue cooperating after the successful period of 2023 – 2024. In particular, Manchester City won the fourth Premier League title in a row, while Geng also extended the LCK championship to 4, and became the MSI 2024 champion.
Notably, both Manchester City and Geng are in the global activity expansion stage when Geng coordinates with Saudi Telecom Company to launch an eSports certification course. Meanwhile, Manchester City also participated in many activities related to Esports, especially in the Asian tour in 2023, and the team also decided to open a gaming base right in the Etihad Stadium.
