In particular, 5 teams of Flash team, SBTC Esports, Cerberus Esports, Saigon Phantom and MDH Esports are directly in the official group stage of WCS Vietnam 2022.
WCS Vietnam 2022 is the official battle tournament in season 1 and in Southeast Asia. The qualifying round for the Vietnam WCS 2022 will be organized in the form of Swiss. Each team will need to play 7 rounds, each round 3 games; The team will be eliminated if they lose 3 games. The 8 highest ranking teams will enter the knockout round, with a knockout format to win tickets to join the main season.
The main season will start on February 25 and will last for 5 weeks; The season will end on March 27 and compete in the form of the first leg. 8 teams – including teams passing the group stage and even the teams invited to attend directly – will play twice 3 times with all the remaining teams. The group will select the top 6 teams to participate in the WCS play -off match on April 1 – 10.
The teams participating in the WCS Vietnam qualifier 2022 must satisfy the following factors:
– A team must have at least six (6) athletes.
– A team must have at least three (3) athletes from the competition area, and must not have more than two (2) athletes.
– All athletes must be 18 years old or older at the time of registration.
