After a long waiting, finally the first information about AIC 2022 was revealed. Accordingly, the International Mobile Union with the full name Arena of Valor International Championship will be co -organized by Level Infinite and Garena, bringing together 16 leading teams from regions around the world.
AIC 2022 will officially start from June 16. The group stage period lasted from June 16 to June 19, followed by the quarterfinals from June 23 to June 26, the semi -finals in July 2 and July 3. The final was held on July 10. Notably, the drawing ceremony will take place on May 8, right after the match of the 2022 Spring Fame arena between Saigon Phantom and V Gaming.
16 teams attending AIC 2022 from 10 areas including the Arena of Fame (AOG), Garena Challenger Series (GCS), ROV Pro League (RPL), AOV Star League (ASL), SEA qualifiers (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines), Brazil, Turkey, Middle East – North Africa and South Asia.
3 representatives of Vietnam has been identified as Saigon Phantom, V Gaming and Team Flash. Meanwhile, the opposite of Thailand has 3 representatives, Bacon Time, KFC X Talon and Valencia CF Esports. The remaining “power”, Taipei China has 3 representatives including One Team, Bikibria Esports and Mad Team.
The reigning AIC champion Buriram United Esports soon became a former king when he failed in the selection round of Thailand. With twice the bonus of AIC 2021, 2 million USD (equivalent to 46 billion), AIC 2022 promises to continue to be a tournament worth waiting for the Mobile Lien Mobile fans.
