The acquisition of the content is a two -year term, including all LCK content from 2025 and 2026. OGG's LCK broadcast will be distributed via IPTV and cable TV channels on weekdays at 21 hours (Vietnam time) starting from February 10.

OGN was born in 2000, was one of the first TV channels to broadcast electronic sports tournaments in Korea and have broadcasted League of Legends in the early years.

However, for many years, the cooperation between OGN and Riot Games has faced a lot of controversy after Riot Games decided to divide the broadcast of the tournament between OGN and the main competitor of this channel, Spotv. In 2019, OGN's operations were terminated because Riot Games decided to produce the tournament in Lol Park.

After the agreement ended, OGN had difficulty to “survive” in the electronic sports segment. The company was acquired by CJ Enm entertainment company, then sold to OP.GG in 2022. Besides the broadcast, OGN also participated in organizing Korean League of Legends tournaments, before the tournament officially changed to LCK in 2016.
