In an interview after the match, In-Game Leader Martin 'Magnum' Peňkov was asked how Paper Rex made it difficult for Karmine Corp to deploy tactics. Magnum replied: “For me personally, on the defense side at the bind map … I think their play is 'stupid', the way they play, the way they provoke the opponent … and I also made many silly mistakes.”
However, on social network X, Magnum corrected his saying. “By the way, I also did not want to call the PRX's play as 'stupid', mainly that they deliberately lost 5V3 or something, but I could not say anything when I lost to them. With the victory over Karmine Corp, Paper Rex officially entered the VCT Masters Madrid 2024 round with Loud, Sentinels and Geng. In the first match, Paper Rex will rematch Geng, VCT Pacific Kickoffs 2024. The match will take place at 1am on March 22 (Vietnam time).
