Top Esports (TES) confronts the defending champion LCS (North America) Team Liquid in the first match of the branch. The LPL representative easily destroyed Liquid after only 3 games, thereby entering the second round of the Branch. Sometimes, they can beat teams in the region but if confronted with top teams with fast plays in international tournaments, they seem to be defeated.”
“The possibility of teams from different areas has a huge difference in the game. It feels like all teams are very strong but the problem now depends on the team that can improve throughout the tournament as well as in big matches.”
After defeating Team Liquid, Jackeylove and Top Esports will meet Geng in the Branch. In the match that took place on the afternoon of 8/5, the LCK champion won 3-0 against Fnatic. Meanwhile, Team Liquid has a single chance in the lower branch, if lost, it will be officially eliminated from MSI 2024.
