On March 19, the LCK Organizing Committee published information about the LCK 2025 season. Accordingly, this season will be divided into two phases: 1-2 and 3-5. The 1-2 phase will be equivalent to the previous spring tournament, taking place from 4/4-1/6/2025. At this stage, LCK will select two representatives of the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) 2025 tournament in Vancouver, Canada.

In the 1-2 phase, the teams will compete in a round of 2 times and the top 6 teams will attend the Road to MSI selection round to find two teams participating in MSI 2025.

Besides the schedule, LCK also announced the squad of the teams that will play in the stage 1-2. Accordingly, the squad of 10 teams did not change compared to the previous 2025 LCK Cup tournament. However, T1 is still attracting attention when this team has caused a lot of controversy due to personnel issues, specifically in the position of the gunner when T1 fans are asking to announce Gumayusi or Smash will be the main competition.

The matches of LCK 2025 will be broadcast live in Vietnamese on the channel of Vietnamese LCK, opening from 2/4/2025.
