Esports World Cup 2025 – League of Legends will take place from July 16-20 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with 12 teams attending. The list of teams consisting of 10 representatives attending MSI 2025, the other two teams are Hanwha Life Esports from LCK and Furia from Brazil. In particular, 4 teams T1, Geng, Anyone's Legend and Bilibili Gaming will be directly into the play-off, the remaining 8 teams competing from the group stage.
In terms of formula, 8 teams are divided into two groups as follows:
– Table A: Cloud9, Flyquest, Furia, G2 Esports
– Table B: CTBC Flying Oyster, Gam Esports, Hanwha Life Esports, MKOI
The teams will take turns playing according to the winning branch – the losing branch, the result of the match is delineated by Bo1. At the end of the group stage, the teams winning 2 victories will enter the quarterfinals. Here, 4 groups in the group stage will join 4 teams specially drawing into the matches. In the end, the teams will play live to determine the champion. The quarterfinals, semi -finals, and 3rd rankings will play the Bo3, and the final of the Bo5 competition.

– 16h: CTBC Flying Oyster vs Hanwha Life Esports
– 17h: mkoi vs gram eSports
– 18h: G2 Esports vs Furia
– 19h: Flyquest vs Cloud9
After that, the matches will continue until 23h (Vietnam time). The last two matches of the group stage will take place on the 17th, then the teams will play the first two quarters. On the 18th, the next two quarter -finals will continue, on the 19th play two semi -finals. Finally, the 20th will play the 3rd and final match. The competition date will start at 16h, except for the 3rd ranking match from 15:00.
