When DTCL 5.5 updates?
DTCL 5.5 days of judgment: The dawn will be officially launched at the North American server on July 21 and at the Vietnamese server on July 22, through the update of 11.15.
DTCL 5.5 added 3 new generals with 4 new gold to the war. Among them, Lucian stands out as a new Stvl champion that can compete with Draven and Aphelios.
1. Lucian: Guard + Gunners
Traditional Lucian squad: Armor Guard
This squad has a combined power from 6 guards. Guards will provide a large amount of shield and plus the attack speed, however, it will not be too effective for Lucian at the end of the fight.
Lucian upgraded squad: mysterious guards/armor
This upgraded version will not use up to 6 guards but instead provide many other sources of power to Lucian. You can add other pieces such as armor and mysterious to better fit the match situation.
2. Miss Fortune: Interest + Gunners
Among the 3 gold cards, Miss Fortune emerged as a Carry option from the first and mid -match phase. Besides, Miss Fortune is also a chess pieces that can carry magic damage in the squad thanks to its skill set. Because Miss Fortune's damage is mainly SMPT, you need to combine with many other decline cards to give this girl a huge accumulated SMPT.
3 -star Miss Fortune squad
This flag will focus on Roll Miss Fortune with other chess pieces like Hecarim, Sejuani, Nautilus and Thresh to 3 stars. Although Miss Fortune is a strong carry, but instead, many players will choose to use Brand as a carry in the back line with Hecarim instead of Miss Fortune.
However, this flag is still a good choice if you find many Miss Fortune in the early and mid -match instead of Brand.
3. Rakan: Guard + Regeneration
Rakan has been reduced slightly on the PBE test. However, Rakan will still be an interesting carry because this card has a tendency to be more in favor of defense rather than merely attacking.
Team 6 of the Angel 4 reproduces
This squad depends on Rakan with “sealing the envoy” and becomes the 6th envoy in the squad. Thus, this squad can be considered as a variant of 6 ordinary envoys.
If you don't have a “seal”, you can abandon Dakan and Heimerdinger to play the 6 -godly squad with Karma. Or, you can reduce 4 envoys and add strong cards like Volibear or Fiddlesticks.
4. Tristana: Devil + Gunners
Gunners are quite popular with cards like Lucian or Miss Fortune, but this time we will have another option, Tristana. As a chess pieces of the devil, Tristana will definitely be in the traditional evil formation. Besides 3 -star chess pieces capable of carrying Carry like Ziggs and Kled, players can consider Tristana 3 stars.
8 Devil's squad
This squad is a version of Tristana Carry without using the Gunners. By getting 8 devils, you have provided Tristana with a lot of theoretical attack speed, so Tristana will not need to click the Gunners.
If you don't have a “devil seal”, you can leave Poppy and replace it with a Gunners like Senna or Lucian, or you can consider adding another resistant general in the previous line.
5. Olaf/Irelia: Guards + Warriors + Corps
Irelia is an interesting chess pieces because it owns up to 3 ethnic groups/systems, even cost 2 gold. This makes Irelia a potential carry because you can combine this card with many other generals. Because Olaf is a golden general and Irelia is a golden general, this will create a slow Roll squad in the early game to search for Olaf/Irelia 3 -star.
Because both Olaf and Irelia have guards and warriors, it will help you flexibly rotate the cards as well as change the main force if you cannot find more olaf/Irelia in the early game.
Below are an example of a 6 -warrior team that is suitable for Irelia and Olaf 3 stars.
And this is another suitable squad for Irelia Carry. It expanded the number of generals combined with Irelia rather than 6 warriors.
6. Akshan: Guards + Archers
DTCL 5.5 only adds 2 new generals cost 5 gold and Akshan is one of them. This shows that this champion can completely become a true carry. However, this champion is often used as a supplementary card in the Aphelios squad instead of a separate carry.
Depending on the upcoming changes, Akshan can become a secondary carry in the architect team, or become a Carry at the end of the match when you want to sell Aphelios.
And no matter what changes, Akshan is still a gold card 5 and will need the power commensurate with its potential.
