– What predestined relationship brought you to Valorant and Fancy United Esports?
The predestined relationship brought me to Valorant originated from the secondary friend Dinh “Yesican” Dinh Dat, the player is currently joining Fancy United Esports. At first, I did not play much valorant. However, through the talks with Yesican, I gradually paid more attention to this game.
I often have exchanges and give advice to Yesican about the game while playing Valorant. Then, Yesican invited me back. The first is the coach position at Division X Gaming and is now Fancy United Esports.
– How is your feelings after the final against Cerberus Esports? Is the 3-0 victory the result you expect before the match?
Fancy United Esports has won so of course I am very happy and happy. The 3-0 victory was also in accordance with my expectations, because the results of the team's exercises were very positive. In fact, if we play in the right way, the final final will end faster.
– Before the beginning of the season, how was Fancy United Esports prepared? What is the training intensity of the team?
I once shared in VCT 2022 Vietnam Stage 1 Challengers that the team has established Gaming House with full utilities for the players, from eating, entertainment to sports.
Fancy United Esports has maintained that basis for the player to practice from Stage 1 to Stage 2. Besides, the intensity of training has decreased a bit compared to the previous tournament, every day the team only practices about 8 to 10 hours.
– Fancy United Esports is relatively positive in the transfer market with recruiting Redneval. However, the reason why Redneval left when there was no official match for the team?
The fact that Redneval did not play was my personal decision, although the other members said they believed in skills and wanted Redneval to play.
Unfortunately, Redneval's agent broken is not suitable and satisfied the requirements set out in my tactics. Therefore, I decided to keep my old squad to play at VCT 2022 Vietnam Stage 2 Challengers.

This is just a happy meme. However, the fact that the owner Ho Minh Huy of Fanty United Esports is like the real PSG boss. With the Stage 2 championship, Huy immediately rewarded 100 million VND for the team and we will have a relaxation trip after the tournament (laugh).
– Besides the potential squad, Fancy United Esports is also famous as the team that owns a scientific play, highly cohesive among members. What is the philosophy you want to communicate to the students?
My philosophy is very clear, and I have conveyed from the beginning with the players that show the style of shooting teammates and discipline, promoting teamwork and minimizing personal shine situations.
Only when so, Fancy United Esports can stabilize capacity and hold absolute power, avoiding playing based on each individual's performance.

Fancy United Esports is a bit less fortunate because before the tournament, the team has some unstable issues. The fact that Duong “Freed0m” is in a shot instead of “Hyzee” Nhut Huy is the direct decision of the owner.

In Stage 1, Fancy United Esports was not lucky when all the members, including me, were CVid-19 during the competition days. Because the health factor is not guaranteed, the matches in Stage 1 do not bring accurate reviews and lessons for the team.
Stepping to Stage 2, the lesson we have to draw for the upcoming APAC tournament is probably still a post -stitch. Fancy United Esports needs to ensure the health for the players to have the best conditions.
– In your opinion, where is Valorant Vietnam compared to rivals in the APAC area? What is the opportunity for Vietnamese teams to go far in Stage 2?
Valorant Vietnam is probably in mid -range compared to other competitors in the region if you take Fancy United Esports as standard and through training results with rivals in Southeast Asia, the opportunity for Vietnam to win tickets to Masters is feasible. How far is going on to each team that depends on the player's performance.
– What is the goal of the English person and Fancy United Esports in the rest of 2022?
