How do you evaluate the performance of the players?
Actually, today I am not really satisfied with you, because there are many processing phases that are still not in accordance with the capacity or not true to the practice we practice. However, the 3-0 victory for me is acceptable results.
In the 3rd competition map, a long -term OT turn took place. There, there were 2 pauseed times required from both teams. At that time, what did you say to the players?
To talk in detail about the two pauses, I mentioned the movement errors and personal skills errors of everyone. This helps the players recall what the team has practiced together, avoiding the situation of “drifting” skills.
Your feelings when your team plays under the direct cheering of the audience?
When we won, the atmosphere was really happy and we were extremely excited. On the contrary, when losing it is hard to describe. Even myself just behind and not playing, but I was quite trembling limbs. However, it is undeniable that this atmosphere is great.
How do you have exercises to prepare for this tournament?
From VCT 1, I explained it, that my team has a training schedule with high intensity and certain seriousness. Everyone must practice from 8 to 12 hours a day, through Scrim matches with teams in Southeast Asia or shoot. In addition, our team has a special aspect. It is each player who will have a unique skill that I show for them. I cannot disclose the name of this skill, but you all have a unique skill.
Besides, I also let the whole team practice coordinating through shooting together. This is a mandatory activity for FCY members. Finally, you must practice communication skills and move through Scrim matches.
What is FCY's winning key?
The most important factor to bring FCY to victory is serious and discipline. In this summer, our team has a lot of personnel fluctuations when often changing members. For example, in the case of Hyzee, my team is ready to give you a few matches to be able to follow the process. We put the practice seriously and carefully on the top. This is a team game, so if an individual is completely overcome or distracted, it will negatively affect the team. So, it can be said that seriousness and discipline are what takes us to the championship at VCT Challengers Vietnam Stage 2.
In Stage 1, you lacked a little luck to let Cerberus himself come back and win 3-2 final. That scenario was replaced by FCY's neat 3-0 victory. How is your feelings?
Honestly, I am not surprised at this result. Before Stage 2 started, we attended two major tournaments, Predator Shot and AMD Star Valorant Tournament. Here, we all won the first place. Of course, next to the surprise, I was very happy and excited.
So what is the rest for the rest of FCY's 2022?
In fact, when starting with the coach position, I have higher goals. This year I want FCY to be deep into the top teams in the region. Since then, we want to win the Masters tournament in 2022.
Please send a word to your opponents at the upcoming APAC tournament?
My team has a very dense Scrim schedule for teams in the region, and the results of those matches are quite positive for their team. The teams are about to confront us in the upcoming APAC tournament, remember the results of SCRIM and wary FCY.
