At AIC 2022, the Vietnamese region has only one representative, V Gaming after Saigon Phantom and Team Flash stopped. The knockout round starts from June 23 on the formula of the winning branch – the branch losing, giving each team at least 2 chances. Even so, competition is still very large.
After the Flash team officially stopped, V Gaming once again became the only hope of the Mobile Vietnam League such as AIC 2021. The journey of Quang Hai of his teammates will continue at the Branch.
The obstacle that V Gaming has to overcome is Bikibria Esports, the team has been unbeaten from the beginning of the tournament and defeated Bacon Time with a score of 3-0 in the quarterfinals, considered as “phenomenon” at AIC 2022.
The knockout round will include the quarterfinals (from June 23 to June 26) and the semi -finals (from July 2 to July 3). The top 4 teams from the group stage will be divided into 4 different pairs to play the first match of the quarterfinals. They will confront teams with the second highest score of each table from the group stage randomly through the quarterfinal draw.
The matches will be played in the formula of the branch. The losing teams will be moved down, where they will play with other losing teams. The first round of the quarterfinals will be played according to the Bo5 format, while the next match will play in the Bo7 format. The last 2 teams overcome all the remaining opponents will meet again in the final on July 10 to compete for the title of the championship.
