After more than 1 month of competition, Worlds 2022 came to an end. T1 & DRX is the two teams entering the final on November 6. Each individual has its own story in this year's tournament, but with Bengi everything will be very special in the case of T1 champion. If possible with Faker & the coronation, Bengi will be the first to win the tournament with two status: players & coaches – something no one has ever done in League of Legends.
Bengi began to become a coach since he took a professional break in 2017. Former Jungle Skt T1 played the last season for Vici Gaming at LPL but failed. He is best known in the period from 2013 – 2016, the time of SKT T1 on the top of the world. Along with SKT, Bengi had 3 times the world champion equal to Faker.
In 2021, Bengi returned to T1 to be the coach for the Challenger team of T1. With sharp combinations, Bengi was quickly brought to the first team and became the head coach of T1 before Worlds 2022. If T1 brought the World Championship, Bengi would create his own record. Not many League players choose to become a coach after retiring, which means that Bengi will hold the championship record with two different statuss in the long run.
