According to League of Legends Insight, VCSB information is not organized very well, based on 4 reasons:
It was too time to organize
At the moment, League of Legends server has updated the pre -season changes and has a lot of tests that Riot Games is added. In addition, the Riot Games tournament server system does not work at the end of the season, so it will be difficult to organize a groomed and fair tournament.
The new organizational unit lacks experience
As the information has been published, VETV has officially dissolved after Worlds 2022 and will not be the organizer of VCS tournaments. Until now, the system of the highest level tournaments of League of Legends has been under the management and production of VETV / Garena, so this will be the first tournament organized by another unit. Therefore, the new unit can completely skip the B Prize to have the best preparation time for the VCS A 2023.

The players expire
Under the contracts of the teams confirmed by Riot Games, the players will expire from November 20 and the later period will be the transfer / renewal process. Therefore, there will be many cases where teams do not have any players on the payroll to compete. If it is allowed to register the FA players, we will have a lot of good players appearing in the promotion round and it will be difficult for the teams to go up from VCS B.
AS Esports has / can dissolve
Currently, AS ESPORTS has released the contract of all players / coaches after violating the contract, so this team is not having a player to play promotion. If there is no eligibility for competition, AS ESPORTS is likely to be deprived of the competition and will only have 1 team from VCS to participate in the promotion round. But that's only when VCS B.
Currently, all professional / semi -professional teams are not having information about the VCS tournament and this is too late to announce the VCS B tournament in the spring of 2023. It will be very unfair for many teams without the VCS B tournament because at the present time there is no problem about subjective / objective factors. However, it would be very reasonable if there were major changes of VCS A like a franchise (unlikely), increasing to 10 teams or the Academy tournament system in parallel with VCS. Let's wait and see what will come to VCS in the near future !!
