SBTC Esports social network channels have officially changed their names to Ranking Esports. This is also the end of SE with League of Legends. However, Ranking Esports could not buy SE's competition so they would have to attend the VCS 2024 promotion round.
At the last 2023 VCS, the tournament organizers investigated SE's mistakes. Accordingly, SE has been canceled as all VCS tournament systems due to serious violations of the provisions and regulations of the tournament. In addition, SE is no longer allowed to participate in any activities related to the future VCS tournament, applied from participation, owning the team to the transfer of competition in the VCS system.
The owner SE – Tran Duc Cuong was officially banned from participating in the entire Riot tournament system. Besides, the players of “NPER” Dinh Tuan, Do “DNK” Ngoc Khai, Nguyen “Penguin” Dang Khoa, Le “Dia1” Phu Quy and Le “Vinboiz” Tran Quang Vinh were banned from playing on the entire Riot tournament system within 36 months after the VCS 2023 sunset.
In the opposite direction, supporting Nguyen “Palette” Hai Trung, coach Vo “Naul” Thanh Luan and analyzer Tran 'Hype' Huu Toan was removed from the decision to suspend the competition and no longer in the investigation.
Currently, VCS has officially started to register for promotion for League of Legends teams in Vietnam from October 4. This is the time to find the two names and the 6 teams with the highest achievement at VCS 2023 sunset and competition to compete the highest championship in Vietnam next year and the opportunity to attend international events.
