“After a friendly negotiation between the two sides, Ruler gunner has successfully renewed the contract,” JD Gaming confirmed.

Before the Ruler, JDG also extended the contract for 1 year with the Kanavi jungle player. Accordingly, the Korean duo will be the fulcrum for JDG to build a squad around and towards the goal of winning the World Championship 2024.
Ruler has just joined JDG in the last 2023 season. However, the 24-year-old Korean gunner immediately showed the importance when helping JDG to win the LPL spring 2023, the summer of 2023 and MSI 2023. Meanwhile, in Worlds 2023, JDG reached the semi-finals and lost 1-3 before T1, thereby ending the tournament with the top 4 achievement.
In the past, Ruler used to wear Samsung Galaxy, KSV Esports and Geng Esports. Besides, he also won the Championship Championship 2017 and LCK Summer 2022.
