As a member, Zimmerman will monitor LCS, focusing on creating experiences for fans, players and teams. Accordingly, Zimmerman's reports will be sent to Carlos Antunes, Director of Esports League of Legends of the Americas, to build a strategy for the tournament.

Before becoming a member, Zimmerman was an analyst of Curse and Team Liquid. “For nearly a decade, I have devoted my career to LCS. It was honored when I took on the responsibility of representing fans, players, teams and partners in a new position as a member of LCS,” Zimmerman said.
“When I took on the role of a member, I pledged to discover new and creative ways to create the best viewing experience for fans, and inspire our community so that League of Legends can be honored for the next generations.”
In addition to the appointment of Zimmerman as a member, Riot Games also announced that LCS will return to the weekend schedule for the 2024 season. The return to the weekend schedule was made after the decision of LCS about the narrowing of the tournament from 10 teams to 8. Previously, Evil Geniuses and Golden Guardians were eliminated by Riot Games from LCS to restructure the tournament.
