After 5 weeks of competition, VCT Pacific Stage 1 2025 has identified 8 representatives to play-offs, Boom Esports, Drx, Geng, Paper Rex, Talon, T1, NS Redforce and Rex Reum Qeon. Based on the group stage results, the teams will turn into different branches to compete.
Accordingly, the play -off round will play in the formula of the winning branch – the branch lost. The top two teams of Alpha and Omega will go straight to the semi -finals of Thang branch. Meanwhile, the 2nd -class team of Alpha will meet the 3rd class Omega and vice versa. Finally, the two 4th teams will come down from the first round of the losing branch.
All matches are delineated in the results by the BO3, except for the finals of the losing branch and the final of the BO5. Finally, the Top 3 of VCT Pacific Stage 1 2025 will represent the Asia -Pacific region to attend the Masters Toronto 2025. Besides these rewards, the Top 4 will receive more accumulated points to win the right to attend the final tournament of the year – Valorant Champions 2025.
With this format, the two Korean representatives, Drx and T1, will confront right in the first round of the winning branch, the winning team will meet Rex Reum Qeon, the team lost to the lower branch against Paper Rex. In the other branch, Talon met Geng, the winning team to meet Boom Esports and the losing team will compete with NS Redforce for the next branch.
The VCT Pacific Stage 1 2025 round will start from April 26 with two matches of the first round, then continue to the final on May 11 to determine the champion and the seed position of the teams at the upcoming Masters.
