No longer a rumor, the Thai Electronic Sports Association (TESF) has recently officially announced the squad to attend the 31st SEA Games in the Mobile Union. Just like the Thai media reported, the Summer RPL champion of 2022 was Bacon Time without any chosen members.
Accordingly, the Thai team to SEA Games consists of 7 players, with 5 main stars of KFC X Talon and 2 veterans from PSG Esports. Specifically, it is NTNZ (Ta Than Caesar), Moop (jungle), iPodpro (mid lane), Erez, F1 (gunner), Tony and Isilindilz (assistant).
Thai media said that this was the squad that was closed last year, before the 31st SEA Games officially moved to May 2022. Therefore, TESF devotes maximum respect for national players and does not organize additional selection rounds like Vietnam or award tickets to the Summer RPL champion 2022, Bacon Time.
Besides, Tesf also only brought players over 18 years old to SEA Games 31 in accordance with Vietnam's regulations. So even Bacon Time was chosen to go to the SEA Games, they could not keep the squad, especially FMVP last season, Markky (17 years old).
Notably, the new star joined KFC X Talon from the beginning of 2022 is that Difoxn has no name, partly consolidating the SEA Games 31 squad of Thailand has been closed before. Leading these 7 stars at the SEA Games will be the veteran coach currently working for PSG Esports, Mistgunz.
