Valorant: Riot Games Southeast Asia launched artwork

The Valorant Champions 2021 also marks an important milestone for Southeast Asia when there are 3 representatives. There, representatives of X10, Team Secret and Full Sense have brought the tournament of excellent talents and unique play style associated with the regional identity to the international arena. This has also established a standard for Valorant in Southeast Asia itself.

Despite being only launched for more than 1 year, Valorant has gradually asserted its position as one of the most popular FPS games in the world with an average of more than 14 million players around the world. In Southeast Asia, Esports Valorant has developed greatly over the past 1 year. Specifically, 1,200 teams participated in the VCT 2021 ecosystem in Southeast Asia with more than 6,500 registered players.

“It is a booming year for Valorant! It is so touched when we come to each important milestone, we can witness our Esports ecosystem growing deeper and more complete,” said Chris Tran, Esports Director of Riot Games Southeast Asia, Taipei China, Hong Kong and Macau, shared.

“We are also very excited to see our Southeast Asian teams have improved and stronger since the First Strike in October 2020 and through the Masters series around the world in 2021. We are also grateful to the support from the teams and fans in the first year of Esports Valorant and will continue to bring more attractive tournaments in the new year!”

On the occasion of the first anniversary of Esports Valorant, Riot Games Southeast Asia has cooperated with the famous Singaporean artist – Sam Lo, to launch three special exclusive artworks. Each work will clearly show the identity of the leading Valorant teams in Southeast Asia: X10, Team Secret and Full Sense.

Sam Lo is an image artist currently living in Singapore. However, few people know that Sam worried was just a street artist. Sam Lo's works exploit a variety of topics through many different materials, from large -scale painted murals to hand -sculpted works by hand. Each work tells a story about a private story through the lens of the artist. As a pioneer in the visual art world, Lo's notable works include Nike's first representative store design in Southeast Asia at Jewel – Changi Airport and murals at the Singapore Art Museum.

Fans will now have the opportunity to own these unique artworks through the Fanart of Greatness campaign. This fan-art contest has started on December 2 and will last until December 31.
