About the drawing format:
– 12 teams are divided into 6 seed groups based on the results of the stage group stage 1.
– The position of the teams after the group stage will be the seed order of the teams at Stage 2, the teams of the same ranking will be classified in 1 group, so there will be 6 groups.
– These groups are arranged in 3 boxes, groups 1 and 2 are boxes 1, group 3 and 4 are boxes 2, groups 5 and 6 are boxes 3.
– Finally, the organizers will load each box 1 group, which group is picked up, the two teams of that group will change the board
VCT results of VCT Pacific Stage 2:
– Alpha table: Rex Regum Qeon, Drx, Geng, NS Redforce, Global Esports, Tean Secret
– Omega table: Boom Esports, Talon, T1, Paper Rex, Zeta Division, Detonation Focusme
It can be seen that both groups will have very attractive matches. In the Alpha table, the two teams just confronted at the final of Stage 1, RRQ and Geng will meet again, in addition, there are two other Korean representatives who also appear as Drx and NS. Meanwhile, the Omega table will gather a series of representatives from Southeast Asia, Boom Esports, Talon and Paper Rex, in addition to two Japanese representatives, Zeta and Detonation also have the opportunity to confront each other.
The formula for the group stage of VCT Pacific Stage 2 will also not change compared to Stage 1, the teams will confront each other circle 1 turn 4 teams to play-off. Currently, the Organizing Committee has not announced the official schedule but it is expected that Stage 2 will take place in July and August, after Masters Toronto 2025 ends and before Champions 2025 started in mid -September.
