League of Legends launches the first version on October 27, 2009 and has been developed for nearly 16 years. During the historical process, the game has experienced a series of generations of players, from those born in the end of 1980, so far most players born in 2000 onwards. However, when the old generations gradually pass, League of Legends is welcoming new generations of young talents.

Recently, there have been 3 players born after the League of Legends are playing in the LCK Academy. Those three players include the Xorone of Drx Academy (born August 11, 2010), Sappang of NS Academy (born November 15, 2009) and Solid of Freecs Academy (born November 19, 2009). These are all players that have been signed official contracts and can play in LCK.
It can be seen that LCK organizations are still promoting the search for young talents towards future goals. Currently, many teams in Korea have used young, most typical players with Vietnamese players – Tran “Lazyfeel” Bao Minh born in 2007 has become the main player for Drx in the last 1-2 LCK.
The same trend does not appear in other areas of the world. Most of the remaining areas have not strongly developed the model of young teams like at LCK, most of them have made their names. This can affect the future of League of Legends teams when they cannot find the replacement generation.
Especially when the LCK area is still training young talents, the competitiveness among the players in the team is very large. If it is not successful in the country, LCK players may be directed to go abroad. Although recruiting a player from LCK will bring great professional benefits, teams still need to pay attention to the replacement problem in the future if they do not want the League of Legends region to become increasingly far from the future Korean League of Legends.
