The Wk 2021 will consist of 8 teams, with 3 seed teams including T1, LiIV Sandbox and KT Rolster. Meanwhile, the remaining 5 teams include Gluk, Baby Is 87, Break Frame Gaming (BFG), Let's Go To Mars (LGTM) and NC Team, which have won tickets through the Wariwari Rumble 2021 tournament.
In the group stage, 8 teams will be divided into 2 tables A and B, competing from September 7 to September 12. The teams will compete in the BO3 format – the circle calculates 1 turn. Two teams ranked first and second each group will enter the play-off round.
The play -off round will include semi -finals, third and finals, taking place from September 16 to September 19. The semi -final and third -class competition will be delineated by the Bo5, while the final will play in the Bo7 format.
In addition to the bonus, the Wk 2021 champion will also be honored to represent the Korean area to attend the World Chien Chien 2021 finals later this year.
