According to branch draw results, the Vietnam Mobile League will meet Kazakhstan in the quarterfinals. The match between the Mobile Vietnam vs Kazakhstan team will take place at 18h tonight 24/9. If defeating Kazakhstan in the Bo3 series, the Mobile Vietnam coalition will continue to the semi -finals, meeting the winning team in the match between Malaysia vs Hong Kong China.
ASIAD 19 is the first time Esports in general and the Mobile Union subject in general have been put into medal competition. Previously, Lien Quan Mobile appeared in ASIAD 18 but only counted as a performance. At ASIAD 18, the Vietnam National Mobile Union team has won a bronze medal.
According to the announcement from the Vietnam Entertainment Electronic Sports Association, the Lien Lien Vietnam team team attended ASIAD 19 including 6 athletes Huynh Phuong Ngan, Dang Huynh Truong, Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Nguyen Sy Tuan Linh, Nguyen Thi Phuong Yen and Nguyen Duc Viet.
The two semi -finals will take place at 9am – 11h and 14h – 16h on 25/9. The bronze medal match has not set the schedule. Meanwhile, the gold medal match will be held at 19h – 21h on 26/9.
