ROV Pro League (RPL) Summer 2022 is the first major tournament of the Mobile Union in 2022. The highest professional Mobile playground in Thailand promises to be very attractive by the presence of 9 teams, including two world champions in 2021, KFC x Talon (DTAC x Talon changed its name, AWC 2021) and Buriram United Esports (AIC 2021).
According to the announcement from the Summer RPL Organizing Committee 2022, the tournament will officially start from Saturday, January 29. The total bonus of the Summer RPL 2021 will be up to 10 million baht, which is equivalent to about 7 billion VND.
Because the Covid-19 epidemic is still complicated, the Summer RPL 2022 continues to be held in the form of online. The group stage will take place within 8 weeks with the days of competition from Thursday to Sunday, with the first match of the day starting at 16:00. However, week 1 and 5 will only play for 2 days are Saturday with Sunday with the first match of 12:00.
The group stage of the Summer RPL 2022 will apply the circle format, banned international selection and BO5. The 4 best teams after 8 weeks of competition will enter the knockout round to find the champion of the 9th professional Mobile League season in Thailand.
With the slogan “The Next Era”, the Summer RPL 2022 is expected to be very competitive because a series of teams invested strongly. 9 teams participating in the competition include KFC X Talon (KTN), Valencia CF Esports (VCF), Bacon Time (BAC), Buriram United Esports (Bru), Earena (EA), King of Gamers Club (KOG), PSG Esports (PSG), EVOS ESPORTS (EVOS) and GoldCity ESPORTS (GCT).

– Starting: January 29, 2022
– The group stage: 8 weeks, fighting from Thursday to Sunday, the first match from 16:00. Particularly week 1 and 5 weeks only fight Saturday and Sunday, the first match from 12:00
